Hromosvod is the musical heart of the forty-three-year-old singer, keyboardist, guitarist, lyricist and composer Ondřej Fencl, known for his collaboration with Luboš Pospíšil, Vladimír Merta, Jan Hrubý, Oskar Petr and the group Schodiště. Hromosvod was installed in November 1994 in the cloakroom of Horáčkova Primary School in Prague. First, it was “kinderfolk”, then folk-rock characterised by harmonies of violins, flute and drums. Today, Hromosvod is full of skilled sidemen and simply plays songs. Sensitive, colourful, tender and wild.
