The Brno Conservatory Big Band is an orchestra with a thirty-five-year tradition. Students were led by top instrumentalists from the Gustav Brom big band circle with a love for swing: Mr. Rudolf Zavadil, Zdeněk Novák and Mojmir Bártek. They are not afraid of funky, rockier arrangements of contemporary composers, sung swing or pop songs.
